Conveniently pay with your card. Note: Additional charges apply for card payments.
Bank Transfer:
Choose bank transfer at checkout.
Receive account details via email.
Your ticket is reserved for 24 hours.
Upon successful payment, get a confirmation email.
If not paid within 24 hours, the ticket is released for others.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated during Staycation'24?
Is transportation provided, or do I need to arrange my own?
Yes, we strive to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. Please inform us of your specific needs during the registration process.
Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the Staycation'24 location. However, we may provide recommendations for convenient travel options.
Is there an age restriction for participants?
Staycation'24 is tailored for young adults, and participants typically fall within the age range of 18 to 35. While we don't strictly enforce age limits, the content and activities are designed with this demographic in mind. If you're outside this age range but feel the event aligns with your interests, you're more than welcome to join and be a part of the Staycation community!
Is there a deadline for ticket payments?
Yes, payments must be made within 24 hours of ticket reservation to secure your spot. After this period, the ticket will be released for others.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my attendance?
Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made before June 15, 2024, a partial refund of 55% of the original ticket price is applicable.
What should I pack for Staycation'24?
A packing list will be provided closer to the event date. Generally, include comfortable clothing, swimwear, and any specific items mentioned in our guidelines.
Can I bring a friend or family member to Staycation'24?
Absolutely! Staycation'24 is designed for community and connection. Check our ticket options, which may include special rates for friends and family.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jpevents.uk. Refunds will be processed within 28 business days to the original payment method.
