Who can come?
Staycation'24 is open to young adults in the UK who are interested in building community, growing in their Christian faith, and enjoying outdoor activities.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made before June 15, 2024, a partial refund of 55% of the original ticket price is applicable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jpevents.uk. Refunds will be processed within 28 business days to the original payment method.
Accommodation
Accommodation will include 8 individually designed double bedrooms, with options for en suites and shared bathrooms. The accommodation is dog-friendly and offers breathtaking views of the Derbyshire countryside.
Activities
Guests can expect a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including hiking, water sports, team challenges, cooking classes, Bible studies, and worship nights.

Staycation'24 will take place at the Hillcroft in Carsington Water, Derbyshire, UK.
Age Restrictions
Staycation'24 is tailored for young adults, and participants typically fall within the age range of 18 to 35. While we don't strictly enforce age limits, the content and activities are designed with this demographic in mind. If you're outside this age range but feel the event aligns with your interests, you're more than welcome to join and be a part of the Staycation community!
Payment Methods
We offer convenient payment options to make your booking process hassle-free. You can securely pay for your Staycation'24 ticket using major credit cards or through bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, instructions will be emailed to you after purchase. Your ticket will be held in reservation for 24 hours to allow time for payment to be made. Simply select your preferred method during the checkout process on our website. If you have any questions or encounter any issues with payment, feel free to reach out to our friendly customer support team for assistance
Transportation
Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the Staycation'24 location. However, we may provide recommendations for convenient travel options.
