What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price covers accommodation, selected meals, and all scheduled activities. For TAC Germany, it also includes transportation within Hamburg.
What happens if I miss the installment payment deadline?
Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in the loss of your reserved spot, and deposits are non-refundable.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Simply click on the event you’re interested in, choose your payment option, and complete your purchase.
How will I know if my spot is confirmed
If you make the full payment, your space is immediately allotted and confirmed. If you make a partial payment (deposit), your space is reserved pending full payment. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your space once your final payment is processed.
Are deposits refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and integrity of our events.
What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?
In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates, or you can request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. Please note, refunds may take up to 30-60 working days to process.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer an installment plan where you can pay a deposit upfront and the remaining balance by the specified due date.
Will transportation to the retreat venue be provided?
Yes, transportation to and from the retreat venue will be provided. Departure will be from Calvary Charismatic Baptist Church in Poplar. Details on timings and logistics will be shared closer to the event.
